ODD isn’t your traditional salon—and that’s exactly the point.

Here, every beauty professional is self-employed running their own business under one creative roof. That means each stylist, colourist, therapist (or other artist) sets their own prices, working hours, and services.

Think of ODD like a shopping centre, and each professional is their own unique store inside. You don’t check out at the front desk—you connect directly with the person you’ve booked with and they will look after you from the moment you arrive until your departure (LUCKY YOU).

You get direct access to Limerick’s best independent talent—all under one roof. One-on-one experiences. No middlemen. No fluff.

It’s personal, it’s premium, and it’s the kind of place you’ll want to tell your friends about ;)

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS:

Reach out to your chosen professional directly about queries— check out their booking link on instagram, or alternatively choose your professional via the ODD LK app (more on this below)

If you are already here, we highly recommend rebooking with your professional(s) before you depart to avoid disappointment. Remember with the luxury of having one-on-one appointments also comes limited availability. 80% of Clients book 2/3 appointments ahead for reference.

Consultations & Allergy Tests: All consultations and allergy tests must be carried out by your chosen professional at minimum 48hrs prior to services.

When you arrive at ODD, skip the front desk—we don’t have one! Instead, use our self check-in totem to let your artist know you’ve landed.

  • Head to the touchscreen totem at the entrance.

  • Type in your mobile number OR email address.

  • Press Enter to check in.

  • Then just take a seat in the waiting area on the same floor your artist is based.

    📍Tip: Double-check whether your appointment is on the ground floor or first floor—that way, you’re in the right spot while they come to greet you!

To support this, we add a small €1 Green Fee to each appointment. This goes directly toward making our industry cleaner, greener, and more circular.
